Introduction to cheese making

Back by popular demand, I am offering another intro to cheese making class. We will be making a brie, gouda, and cottage cheese! In this class you will get hands on experience on what your cheese should feel like to help you make any cheese you can image.

This class is for anyone interested in diving into homestead cheese making. This will be an introductory course, moving into harder cheeses hopefully monthly! You don’t need to own a cow to learn to make cheese!

This Gouda will not taste like the highly processed Gouda you find in the store but completely delicious creamy cheese.

The class will be $100 per person and that will cover all milk and supplys. The class will be limited to 10 people because this will be a hands on class. $100 / Person with a $20 deposit to hold your spot.

If you have your own milk cow and would like to make your own large batch with your own milk message me and we can work on the price.

Come have some fun with me and learn a new trade you will be hooked to instantly once you taste the amazing fruits of your labor.
